Good for
The room reconfigures in minutes — classroom, banquet, cleared for standing, or split between working tables and a lounge.
Three things most SF spaces can't offer

An outdoor garden with a working charcoal grill
Almost no event space in the Mission lets you cook outside. A hackathon that ends with burgers off the grill in a garden is a different event than one that ends with cold pizza in a conference room. Charcoal is stocked and included.

Your event gets recorded, and remote guests can join
We record stage moments on an Osmo Pocket 3 and iPhone 16 Pro Max and hand you the footage — free, every event. The room is already wired for hybrid, because we run our own cohorts on Zoom from it. Two vendors' worth of capability, already in the room.

Free refreshments in the kitchen, real setup for your caterer
Snacks, fresh-ground coffee, a loose-leaf tea collection and soft drinks are stocked in the kitchen for your guests, on us. For full meals, bring the caterer of your choice — you get an indoor prep area, an outdoor catering station in the garden, and the charcoal grill.

The details organizers ask about
Street-level load-in
Storefront entrance straight off 15th Street. No stairs, no freight elevator, no booking a loading dock.
Red carpet & photo backdrops
An entrance moment, plus branded walls for headshots, sponsor photos and recorded segments.
Lounge seating
Vintage settees and sofas for breakout conversations and 1:1 investor chats, away from the main tables.
Tables & chairs
Folding tables and stacking chairs, reconfigured to whatever your format needs. Whiteboard easel on request.
Merch rack
A rack and mannequin for community shirts and sponsor swag — rare in a rental space, and organizers always need one.
Kitchen & prep area
Indoor prep space plus an outdoor catering station in the garden, for your caterer or your own volunteers.
Ambient lighting
String lights and warm fixtures so evening events look like evenings, not fluorescent offices.
Setup & cleanup
Cleaning is handled. You get access before doors for setup — tell us how much time you need.
Community reach
We can share your event with the AISA community — Skool, LinkedIn and our newsletter — if it's a fit for our founders.
Inside & out

How the room sets up
Final capacity depends on format — tell us your headcount and we'll confirm what works.
Rates on inquiry — quoted the same day
Every event is different — headcount, hours, format, what you need from the room. Send a booking request and we'll come back with a clear, all-in quote the same day. Hourly, evening, full-day and weekend packages available; community and non-profit discounts at our discretion.
Tell us about your event
We reply the same day with availability and a quote. No obligation — and if we're booked, we'll say so straight away.
Common questions
How many people fit?
It depends on the format — seated workshop layouts and standing mixers are very different numbers.
Main hall: around 20–25 seated with tables · up to ~45 seated without tables (absolute max) · 30–40 standing.
Garden: 30–40 standing or seated.
Tell us your expected headcount in the booking request and we'll confirm the right setup.
Can we serve alcohol?
Usually yes, agreed in writing beforehand — just flag it in your booking request so we can confirm the arrangement for your event type.
How does food work?
Light refreshments — snacks, coffee, teas and soft drinks — are stocked in the kitchen and included. For full meals you bring your own caterer, and we provide the setup: indoor prep area, outdoor catering station in the garden, and the charcoal grill.
How does the free recording work?
We record stage moments on an Osmo Pocket 3 and/or iPhone 16 Pro Max and hand you the raw footage after the event. It's included — no fee, no revenue share, no strings.
What about load-in and parking?
Load-in is street-level through the storefront on 15th Street — no stairs. Parking is street parking in the Mission; most guests come via 16th St BART, a five-minute walk away.
How do we hold a date?
Send a booking request, we quote the same day, then a simple one-page agreement and payment confirm the date. Full refund if you cancel a week or more out.
