6 weeks · 6 modules · 25 workbook chapters · lessons online · build days Monday and Tuesday · Demo Day every Thursday evening in San Francisco
You do not need to quit, or take time off, to start.
The usual way to learn this is a full-time program or a fixed class night. Both assume your calendar is free. Yours is not.
Lessons on your time. Every lesson is online: a short video, the workbook chapter, a hands-on task, a quiz and automatic feedback. Do them before work, after dinner or on a Saturday.
Build days every Monday and Tuesday. Bring your own project to 1769 15th Street, San Francisco or join on Zoom, with instructors in the room.
Start any time. If this month is heavy at work, begin when it eases and join the next build day that fits.
Six modules, all open to you. Do them in any order and at any pace that fits around your week.
You leave with the systems, not notes about them.
An AI automation agency gets paid to take a repetitive task off a business's plate and keep it off. To sell that, you need to have built it yourself. Every lesson ends in a task you do and submit for automatic feedback, so by week 6 you have a set of working pieces:
- A task audit. The HAS Audit, run on your own week first. It is the same method you can later run on a client's business to find what is worth automating.
- A deployed project. Built with Claude Code and live on the internet.
- An n8n automation. A workflow that starts on a trigger and finishes without you.
- A chatbot that knows a business. It answers from real documents instead of guessing.
- A voice agent. One that can hold a phone conversation, built with Vapi, ElevenLabs and Twilio.
- A security review. What your agents can see, what they can do, and where they could be misused.
- An eval. A test for an AI system. When a client asks you to prove your agent works, the eval is your answer.
- A content pipeline. So people can find you.
- An offer. Who it is for, what it automates, how it is scoped and priced.
Six weeks, six modules, and what you build in each.
The curriculum is the AI Automation Agency Bootcamp. Pick a module to see its workbook chapters, what you build, and a clip from the lecture.

Watch. Build. Show.
Watch.
All six modules are open to you from day one. Watch a short video and read the matching chapter of the AISA Bootcamp Workbook.
Build.
Follow the hands-on task on your own laptop, take a short quiz, and submit your work for automatic feedback. It is guidance, not a grade. Request a 1:1 session with a mentor if you get stuck anywhere.
Show.
Bring the work to a build day every Monday and Tuesday at 1769 15th Street, San Francisco or on Zoom. Then demo it at the Thursday evening Demo Day (the AI Automation Agency Founder Meetup), at the school or on Zoom.
What a lesson looks like

I want to learn the HAS Audit (Human Agency Scale Audit), a way to choose which tasks in my week to hand to AI and which to keep human. First, ask me in one message what my business or job is and which 3 tasks take most of my week. Wait for my answer. Then explain these ideas in plain language, using only my 3 tasks as examples: 1. The Human Agency Scale, from H1 (Full Automation) to H5 (Human Essential). Make clear it measures how much I WANT a person involved, not what AI CAN do. 2. The four zones from crossing my desire with AI capability: Green Light, R&D Opportunity, Red Light, Low Priority. 3. Why the task gets chosen before the tool. End with 3 short questions that check whether I understood. Do not answer them for me.
Every lesson has prompts like this one. You paste them into Claude or ChatGPT, do the task on your own example, then submit the result to Check my work for feedback in minutes.
- Watch A short video, cut from the live lectures.
- Read The matching chapter of the AISA Bootcamp Workbook.
- Follow The prompts and the task on your own laptop.
- Check my work Submit it and get feedback. Guidance, not a grade.
The last week is where it becomes a business.
By week 6 you have built the systems. The launch module is about the part that is not technical:
- choosing who you serve and which task you take off their plate
- writing the offer in words a business owner understands
- scoping a first project so it can be delivered
- pricing it
- building the content that lets people find you
What we will not tell you: how much you will earn or how many clients you will sign. That depends on you, your market and the work you put in after the six weeks. What we can say is what you leave with: working systems you built yourself and an offer you can put in front of a business.
An agency is built with other people around.
Build days, Monday and Tuesday. Work on your own project at 1769 15th Street, San Francisco, with instructors in the room and people one week in and people five weeks in.
Demo Day, Thursday evening. Students and graduates demo what they built at the AI Automation Agency Founder Meetup. Showing your work to a room is practice for showing it to a client.
Online, if you are not in the Bay Area. Join the Monday and Tuesday build days and Demo Day on Thursday evening on Zoom.
Your week, every week.
Start on any Monday. From then on the week has the same shape, for everyone in the building and on Zoom.

Monday
Start.
The group that starts this week meets for the first time: set up your laptop, open Module 1, meet the people you will build beside for six weeks. Already running? Monday is a build day for you.
Tuesday
Build.
Instructors at the tables, in person and on Zoom. Every Tuesday has a build on the board, and you work on the one for the week you are in:
- Week 1. Your HAS Audit and a system prompt that does one task the same way every time.
- Week 2. A project made with Claude Code, deployed to a live address, and your first MCP connection.
- Week 3. An n8n workflow on a trigger, an agent that uses tools, and a chatbot that answers from your documents.
- Week 4. A voice agent that holds a phone call and a private AI setup with OpenClaw.
- Week 5. An eval for one of your agents and a memory layer it can read and write.
- Week 6. A digital avatar, a content pipeline, and your written agency offer.
Thursday evening
Demo Day.
Everyone comes to show their build. Students one week in, students five weeks in, graduates, and anyone curious about the school.
Your group, your certificate. You go through the six weeks with the people who started the same Monday as you. At the end, every member of the group receives a certificate from AI START academy with a verification link, ready to add to your LinkedIn profile.

Taught by people who build these systems.
Lex Mustafin, founder of AI START academy. Foundations, Claude Code, deployment, content and the agency launch module. Lex taught himself to code, built and sold a startup that went through the 500 accelerator, and mentors founders at 500 Global and Draper University. You will find him at the tables on build days.
Bogdan Red, CTO at CQR Cybersecurity. Cybersecurity and OpenClaw.
Kheir Lazaref. n8n and voice agents: Vapi, ElevenLabs, Twilio.
Skip this if any of these is you.
- You want a promise of clients or income. We don't make one. You leave with working systems and an offer; selling it is your work.
- You want an agency in a box. You build every piece yourself. That is the point: you cannot sell or support a system you do not understand.
- You cannot protect a few hours a week. The lessons flex around your job, but they still need doing.
- You want a technical career track such as cloud security or machine-learning engineering. This is about deploying automations for businesses.
- You want videos only, with no group. The self-paced course on the hub fits better: https://hub.aistartacademy.com/self-paced
What people ask before they join.
"I work full time. When would I do this?"
Whenever you have an hour. The lessons are online and there is no class to attend. Start any time, then bring your project to a Monday or Tuesday build day at the school or on Zoom.
"I have a trip coming up. I'd miss the middle and have to restart."
There is no class night to miss. The lessons go where your laptop goes. If a week or two gets busy, keep going when your schedule clears and return to the build days.
"I'm not a developer."
You do not need to be. No coding background is required. You direct Claude Code and build in n8n, and the lessons start from zero. What matters more for an agency is knowing which task is worth automating, and that is week 1.
"Is this a real school?"
Check for yourself. The school's YouTube channel, @aistartacademy, has real footage of sessions, and you can request a call with our team from this page.
"I won't focus on a screen after a day at a screen."
The lessons are short videos followed by a task, so you are building, not watching. On Thursday evening you can be in the room in San Francisco or on Zoom as students demo what they made.
"Is the price per class?"
No. covers all six weeks, everything included. It is not per class. The price covers all six weeks, everything included. It is not per class.
"The information is free on YouTube."
It is. What YouTube does not give you is an order to learn it in, a checked task at the end of every lesson, build days where you can ask what went wrong, and a group that sees your work at the meetup. If you have watched for months and have nothing running, the missing piece was structure.
Six weeks, everything included.
